What does this job entail?

The Project Manager assistant we are looking for is responsible to set-up (and maintain) a combined project plan for all new contracts in MS project,

  • based on the input from the different project managers and the program manager

  • Create transparency in the customers milestones;

  • Create transparency in the critical path;

  • Create transparency in the resource workload;

  • Create transparency in the budget spend;

  • Reports to the program manager;

Who are we looking for?

  • Part time assignment: 2 days a week

  • Experienced project manager (assistant);

  • Expert in MS project:

  • Experienced in Aviation and Aerospace or Automotive is a plus;

  • Experienced in composites is a plus;

  • Strong communication capabilities;

  • Fluent in English is a must, knowledge of Dutch is a plus;
