Wat houdt deze functie in?
We are looking for a Project application engineer, in the region of Louvain, who:
- Defines the needs of the client, the business unit and the projecteam. From your analysis, design constraints and standards will define the product- and procesdesign.
- Sets up and plans the product- and process design team, that is costumer-minded and time manageable.
- Oversees the different designsteps, to ensure targets and deadlines are met.
- Sets up a quality & test plan together with all teams and customers whom are involved.
- Represents the product- and process designteam.
- Ensuring activities and and projectplanning are up-to-date.
- Reports to the manager engineering.
Wie zoeken wij?
You have:
- A masters degree with a technical background or Bachelor equivalent through experience in a similar role relevant design, process-, project management- and projectplanning skills.
- You are cost driven and costumer-minded.
- Expertise and in-depth knowledge of existing products and performance.
- An ability to standardize processes for efficiency improvement.
- Good knowledge of general standards in medical devices, user studies,…
- Strong working knowledge of English (written and spoken). Dutch is an advantage.
